Wednesday Whoopin'

So, this past Wednesday I had an absolute hell of a day.  Here's the breakdown...

    Workout 1
  • 3.5/4 mile run w/random calistenics and sprints
  • Box jumps, kettlebell swings, medicine ball tosses/slams, overheard plate lunges for 4 rounds
    Workout 2
  • BJJ for 2.5 hours (me and Yuuki get no breaks)
I could break it down more than that but I honestly don't feel like it right now.  I put together a nice video of all of the training we did with some commentary.  It's the bulk of this post.
